Mani Monday: Julep Becca With Sparkles

Happy Mani Monday! Today is a sort of throwback-style mani, as in, I'm not currently wearing this mani. A TWIST IN THE PLOT! What's actually happening is I'm on vacation with my family at this moment, and the polish I'm wearing is leftover from last week. That's how good that I Love Nail Polish Mega (S) is! It just now starting chipping today while we were on our way to Kansas City. That means I painted my nails with Mega (S) on July 3rd, and it took them OVER a week to start chipping to the point where I'm thinking "Augh these are not publicly acceptable."

So anyway! This is a polish look I was wearing a couple weeks ago, but managed to snap some nice photographs of. I am a sucker for teal colors of course, so when Becca arrived in my Julep box in May, I was pretty excited. It's a saturated, easy to apply polish. Because I can't stick with a regular polish by itself (I'm crazy or something, I guess!), I topped Becca off with Essie's Sparkle on Top. It's a great little sheer flake that I also think would make some super cute wintry nail looks.

You can see that the edges of this polish are super clean, which I love, love, LOVE to see at the end of painting my nails. These polishes were dreams to apply. I'll probably be using Becca again soon. You know, I haven't done any nail art in a while. It's time I sat down and did something fun!

Do you have any sparkle coats you love? I feel like I need more. Let me know!
