Mani Monday: Sinful Colors Cinderella and Essie On A Silver Platter
Last week, I had the pleasure of being a model in the ALL SHOW & GO GO show at Nova Salon. I had my hair all chopped up and dyed dark blue. You might recall me talking about being at Parsimonia for a fitting and snapping up that fringed green jacket in my last post. At the fitting, my hairstylist, Stephanie, picked out a powder blue vintage dress for me to wear at the show. Me being me, I knew I had to coordinate my nail polish. Enter: Sinful Colors' Cinderella and Essie On A Silver Platter.
Sinful Colors is one of my favorite nail polish brands. The application is always on point, and the cheap price is always welcome. I love this blue because of its gorgeous mico-sparkle. It's hard to tell in the natural light, but the sparkle is actually a fuchsia pink. Essie's On A Silver Platter is an incredible top coat. I love its shine and glitz. To be perfectly honest, I wasn't going to add the accent nail, but I bumped one ring finger into something and messed up the surface of the Cinderella. Slap some sparkle on top, and no one will ever know!
I was so happy to see my nails grow to this length. I was able to file them into mini-claws, and I love their shape. My obsession with perfect shape also paid off - more than one person asked if they were my natural nails in under a week!
